Not only is Stocksfield hosting the two tournaments the club has also kindly donated two 4 balls as prizes, one for each of the tournaments. At the back end of last year the club made changes to the course management team and has achieved great results. Dead trees have been removed, land drains unblocked and tee boxes relaid, which along with a high level of overall winter maintenance means the course is in excellent condition, the best it has been for some time.
