Quality4Education is an education consultancy set up and managed by Paul Nash. It aims to develop more effective teaching & learning through innovative, appropriate and high quality support including building and learning environment analysis, resource design and production, and targeted training programmes.

Paul Nash

Paul had 20yrs experience of working in residential and inner-city schools as a teacher and subsequently a senior manager before before being appointed the coordinator of an Employment Department project to promote and develop flexible learning approaches across the North of England. He converted this project into his own company, Flexible Learning Associates, which provided support and guidance to government departments, local authorities, Building Schools for the Future contractors, European lifelong learning programmes, schools, academies and FE colleges from the mid 1990s. In 2014, in order to better reflect the nature of his work, he decided to change the name of the company to Qualiy4Education. In total, personally, he has provided building/site analysis for over 1000 schools across England and training/support for several thousand teachers/advisers and other educational staff in the UK and the EU.

Recent Activities

He has carried out onsite and at-desk analysis and feasibility studies for academies in Hounslow and Harrow and for 50+ primary, secondary and special schools/academies across East Sussex and Brighton.

Other work

Volunteering for Prostate Cancer UK including making presentations, reviewing information sheets and appearing in training and information videos. He is a founder member of the NE Prostate Cancer Volunteer Hub. He is now a member of the PPI (Public and Patient Involvement) panel responsible for analysing research proposals seeking funding for innovative projects.

The set up and management of Play2Support, a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Northumberland, established for the sole purpose of helping UK based charities raise money through sport. The current project is a regional golf competition for male, female or mixed pairs with the aim of raising money for and awareness of the work of Prostate Cancer UK. (See Play2Support for details)
